i love a good garlic herb butter on my baked salmon, the taste just can’t be beat, the phrase, ‘melts in your mouth’ comes to mind. you can use this garlic butter on anything and everything, ok not everything, but you know what i mean. it’s great to melt in your sauté pan prior to cooking your eggs, mushrooms, heck anything you like garlic and butter in.

- 1 stick of lightly salted grass-fed butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- ½ teaspoon parsley
- ½ teaspoon dill
- ½ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- Toss all ingredients into your Vitamix, food processor or mixer, blend ingredients.
- You'll need to stop, scrape the sides, blend until creamy.
- Store in a mason jar in the refrigerator.
